SENIOR IT MANAGER
CAD 30-40 per hour / 30-40 hr per week
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the President, the employee will:
Manage cybersecurity incident with MSSP to verification, investigation, and collaborate with various teams to report & resolve cybersecurity incidents in a timely manner.
Conduct review on cybersecurity of IT/OT infrastructure (network, system, endpoint, data, access control) and manage the enforcement of cybersecurity controls, processes, and procedures.
Work with internal parties or vendor to conduct phishing test, IT/OT security assessment, and penetration test.
Liaise with different stakeholder to ensure cybersecurity best practice is considered throughout the system/application development or upgrade project in evaluation, selection, installation and configuration of hardware, software, applications, and confidential data protection.
Participate in regular reviews and updates of cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
Enforce company cybersecurity policies and compliance
Assist in-house cybersecurity awareness training
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering or Software Programming and Development.

USER INTERFACE DESIGNER (UI DESIGNER) - NOC 2174
CAD 25-33 per hour / 30-40 hr per week
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the President, the employee will:
Defining and implementing innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to Software Developer, Corporate Sales Manager and President
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Requirements:
Proven UI experience
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to present designs and sell solutions
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Positive, collaborative attitude
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
CORPORATE SALES MANAGER (NOC 0601)
CAD 24-26 per hour / 30-40 hr per week
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the President, the employee will:
Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales with consultation from the President
Generate high quality leads
Organize regional and divisional sales operations
Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
Determine strategic planning related to services
Building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
Recruit, organize, train and manage staff as the company expands
Determining the needs of clients and offering solutions that address those needs
Meet or exceed sales quotas
Establish long-lasting relationships with clients
Stay up to date with current and forecasted market trends and services
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a proven track record of success in a technology consulting sales manager position.
Ability to successfully close business deals through exceptional negotiation skills

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
